Upgrade Version 9.2.5 is now available…
Attention AIRS Users!
On behalf of the New York State Department of Health, AIDS Institute, Netsmart Technologies has release the AIRS Upgrade Version 9.2.5. It is now available for download from the Netsmart Customer Support website:
( https://airs.freshdesk.com ).
ALL agencies using AIRS must run the most recent version of the software.
Included in this upgrade are improvements, fixes, and changes including the following items:
AGENCY INTAKE
The Race Category Middle Eastern / North African has been added.
DRUG REGIMEN HISTORY
Programming has been completed to allow for editing of ARV, PEP, and PrEP records.
Validations have been updated so that ARV, PEP, and PrEP records can be entered on the same day.
In the PrEP Medication list, Sunlenca has been updated to Yeztugo.
FINANCIAL INFORMATION
The 2026 Poverty Table Values have been added.
LEGAL SERVICES
The field Case Priority has been removed from the Legal Service Encounter.
COUNSELING, TESTING, AND REFFERAL (CTR)
The Post Test Questionnaire is now required for CTR Rapid Testing “Preliminary Positives” when Confirmatory Sample Provided response is No.
Applying the upgrade:
1) Log into Netsmart Technologies' Customer Support: https://airs.freshdesk.com -- A login and password is required. If you do not know your login, please contact: AIRS Support, airssupport@defran.com
2) From the Solutions Menu -> AIRS Knowledge Base ->AIRS Release Packages
3) Locate/download the following files:
AIRSvu9_2_005_00029.zip (This is the version upgrade file.)
AIRS v9.2.5 Upgrade Instructions (UpgInstruct925.pdf)—This document will detail the steps necessary to upgrade to v9.2.5.
Release Notes to AIRS v9.2.5 upgrade package (Release Notes_v925.pdf)—Contains v9.2.5 Release Notes complete with detailed descriptions of additions, changes, and corrections.
Please print/read the upgrade instructions carefully. (UpgInstruct925.pdf)
