AIRS v9.1.268 & Patch have been released…
Attention AIRS Users!
AIRS Upgrade to Version v9.1.268 is now available for download from the Netsmart Customer Support website:
ALL agencies using AIRS must upgrade to this version!
If you have already, upgraded, please make sure you also install the new patch that was just released for this new upgrade (5/20). This patch fixes the following:
Updates to HIV/AIDS Epidemiology Extract file structure needed for proper submission.
Updates to the ‘prg2sc’ file’ to recall Service Category 00007 (Syringe Exchange).
If you have not yet downloaded the upgrade, the new upgrade package will contain the patch so you won’t need to download it separately.
Included in this upgrade are improvements, fixes, and changes including the following items:
DRUG REGIMEN HISTORY
For Regimen Type PrEP:
When the answer is YES for “Is the client on PrEP?”, at least one medication must be entered.
The following PrEP medication has been added:
·Sunlenca (Lenacapavir)
The PrEP medications now display both the trade and generic drug names:
·Truvada (Emtricitabine-tenofovir)
·Descovy (Emtricitabine-tenofovir alafen)
· Apretude (Cabotegravir)
The following PEP medication has been added:
·Doxycycline (Doxy-PEP)
FINANCIAL INFORMATON
The 2025 Poverty table has been added. (See v9.1.268 Release Notes for full details.)
HCV RAPID TESTING
Diagnostic (RNA) testing data will now be enabled regardless of rapid HCV testing results.
The following diagnostic HCV RNA Test Types have been added:
DBS (Dried Blood Spot)
Cepheid Xpert POC
Phlebotomy
Note: These fields are required when diagnostic testing data is entered.
HIV/AIDS Epidemiology Extract
Programming has been completed to include clients with Preliminary Positive HIV test results.
Upgrade Installation Instructions are available on the Netsmart Support site.

2) From the Solutions Menu -> AIRS Knowledge Base ->AIRS Release Packages
3) Locate/download the following files:
AIRSvu9_1_268.00085.zip (This is the version upgrade file.)
AIRS v9.1.268 Upgrade Instructions (UpgInstruct91268.pdf)
