New AIRS Upgrade Now Available
On behalf of the New York State Department of Health, AIDS Institute, Netsmart Technologies is announcing the AIRS Upgrade to Version 9.1.293 is now available for download from the Netsmart Customer Support website:
( https://airs.freshdesk.com ).
ALL agencies using AIRS must run the most recent version of the software.
Following the AIRS upgrade process, all agencies must run the Utilities upgrade.
Note: This upgrade is required for the 2025 RSR. Ryan White funded agencies must apply this upgrade ASAP!
Included in this upgrade are improvements, fixes, and changes including the following items:
Client names and street address fields now prevent entry of most special characters.
Doxy-PEP has been moved to its own Drug Regimen type called STI-PEP.
Harm Reduction service category has added SDOH services.
Legal Services service category added a required field “Case Priority”.
CTR Rapid Testing now requires reporting “Confirmatory Sample Provided”.
Additional tables are added to extracts to help with technical support.

Upgrade Installation Instructions:
1) Log into Netsmart Technologies' Customer Support: https://airs.freshdesk.com -- A login and password is required.

2) From the Solutions Menu -> AIRS Knowledge Base ->AIRS Release Packages
3) Locate/download the following files:
AIRSvu9_1_293_00025.zip
